This Upmarket gastro pub based in Central London is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to take control of this busy kitchen.

The Seasonally changing menu, as well as daily specials, offers a wide selection of exquisite Modern British dishes prepared to perfection using fresh produce.

Role:
• Menu writing (Seasonally changing menu, as well as daily specials) and Costing
• Ordering and Stock control
• Kitchen hygiene
• Staff training and recruitment

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be expected to have a sound knowledge of culinary trends, have a passion for food and the desire to be involved in a well established business that always tries to exceed customer expectations. Candidate should also have an interest in the gastro pub concept.


Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
Shifts: You will be expected to work an average of 7 to 8 shifts a week on a rota pattern
