Cook ((28/08/08)) TEMP

Cook required to join small friendly and hardworking team in a privately-run day-care centre in Barbican, EC2. Must have current food hygiene certificate or catering qualification, previous catering experience and a CRB enhanced disclosure.

Duties include:

• Follow food hygiene best practice at all times.
• Provide for children’s individual dietary needs.
• Prepare morning snack, lunch and afternoon tea for children.
• Clear up after meals.
• Stock take and stock ordering.
• Cleaning and household duties for nursery as directed by manager.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £7.50/hr
Hols: 15 days + Bank Holidays
Hours: 9.00am-1.00pm year-round.

Working Environment: Beautiful nursery producing only home cooked fresh and organic meals for up to 24 children aged 4 months to 3 years.
